Yesterday’s post about the New Fork Platypus got me thinking “We haven’t checked in with TVS Fly-Fish Guy Mike lately”. So I did just that. Apparently, Mike hasn’t been waiting for the runoff to stop on the local rivers. He has been taking the fight to the trout. Going after the elusive Mackinaw. Above, Mike is holding said Mackinaw. If you are going after the Mackinaw it is a good idea to wear a Patagonia Down Sweater Vest, because you never know when the lake will turn over on you?
