Loudmouth Golf in Michigan

August 26th, 2009

loudmouth-album-cover1As some of you loyal blog readers know some of the Webquarters staff was in the great state of Michigan recently.  We were renegotiating Alby Miller’s TVS Ambassador contract.  While we were there holding the kid to the fire we decided to enjoy some white brats, water skiing, beach bocci, sailing and all around general frolicking.  Above is a picture we took for an album cover.  Now we need an album.  Here are a few more shots of the gang in their Loudmouth Golf pants getting read for a nice cocktail party and dinner.

Pinnacles Ride

August 26th, 2009

pinnaclesHere is a delicious picture of some folks enjoying the fruits of their labor.  They wish to remain anonymous until someone clarifies whether or not bikes are still allowed on the Pinnacle trail.  Anyone know?

Interesting side note: Bring your bear spray with you.

Most Interesting Man In The World

August 24th, 2009

alby-miller-smooth-criminalI have to give Dos Equis created for there terrific ad campaign pertaining to the most interesting man in the world.  However, I am a little miffed that they don’t give credit to the man behind the ad.  Clearly, Alby Miller is THE Most Interesting Man in the World.  Honestly, who else could pull of a pair of Loudmouth Golf pants w/ white patent leather belt, Kaenon sunglasses, bright red ascot, Dewars on the rocks and a Miller Lite.  This is just a day in the life of this distinguished gentleman.

bobby-rye1Former Teton Village Sports employee Alex “Bobby” Kellogg spent the weekend enjoying the surf formed by Hurricane Bill.  Alex claims it was some of the best surf he has ever had the pleasure of riding.  Where is this legendary break you might ask?  Rye Rocks, New Hampshire.

Climbing On

August 24th, 2009

katie-climbing1I know very little about climbing, and no one ever sends me pictures of them climbing, which is probably why we never have any posts highlighting the sport.  However, TVS’s own Katie Urso had time to hit the rocks with some friends in Idaho recently.  Proving once again that she is B.A. and that you shouldn’t mess with her if she answers your customer service phone call.  Don’t tell her about this post.  I stole the picture from her facebook page.

DSCN0411Braden had a big day on the river this past weekend with his bride to be and the Granite dog.  Looks like he even had time to catch this nice 14′ Cutthroat.

I’m ready to go when you are…..

August 14th, 2009

Love my new fishing bag!  I was given a Fish Pond Cimarron bag for my fly fishing gear by my brother and sister.  This bag really lets me stay organized and prepared whenever I get the sense there is a 6″ trout that needs to be put back in line.  Never again will I be looking for that one small items as it’s all in this bag now.  It has an area underneath for wet stuff and the fold out mat is perfect for changing.  Here are some photos of the bag in the Provo river parking lot right before a nice caddis hatch.
